  • Challenge: Gain a full picture of return from ad spend.

    Approach: As part of managing the Google Ads campaigns, I implemented new conversions in the account to cover all enquiry points on website & optimised ads with a range of CTAs & ad extensions. These were then all referenced in reports along with assisted conversions where a user may initially reach the site through a paid ad but return & convert through a different channel.

    Results: Ad spend was now reflective of all conversions & tracked end-to-end so the effectiveness of each campaign was able to be accurately monitored.

  • Challenge: Improve on-page user engagement.

    Approach: Website audit identified clear issues with site speed resulting from large images & virtual property tours. I scaled down images that didn’t need to be huge file sizes & worked with a developer to ensure the virtual tour would only load in full when clicked.

    Results: Site speed loading times fell drastically, no longer flagging as an issue. Within 3 months the average session time of property pages had reduced slightly, but bounce rate had greatly decreased indicating improved engagement.
